- 60 Minute 1 on 1 session.
- Specifically focuses on developing a fluid and quick release.
- First session is videotaped and players are sent video feedback of how to continue improving mechanics after the session is over.
- Learn to develop mechanics to throw from the ground up by throwing with body, rather than overusing throwing arm, to prevent rigid mechanics & injury.
-Fine tune throwing mechanics, footwork, eye manipulation, defensive coverage Identification, pocket presence, and mobility outside of the pocket.

Game film Breakdown

- 60 Minute 1 on 1 analysis of your Quarterback's game performance.
- Breakdown each play from your QB's previous game, to find the answers of why they made every one of their decision's throughout the game.
- Breakdown of each defensive coverage, and discuss what our QB's can do better next time they see these coverages.

QB Competition Training

- 75 minute training alongside 1-2 other Quarterback's.
- Specifically focuses on simulating a pre-season Quarterback competition.
- Each rep is counted as a "hit" or "miss".
- Whichever QB has more on target "hits", wins the session that day.
- This session is as mentally challenging as it is physically.
- Each session is videotaped and players are sent video feedback of how to continue improving after the session is over.

Train alongside 3-4 other Quarterbacks.
75 minute session.
Learn to identify defensive coverages and manipulate defenders.
Compete with other QB's in the same age group.
Best performance will be named the "Starter" at the end of the session.
